Your deposit & purchase wallet
The opening deposit is held in the app wallet for 12 months. This hold applies only to the opening deposit; later purchase payments are separate.

When you want to purchase, top up 65% of ₹3,000 (₹1,950). ₹3,000 is then credited to your purchase wallet to shop with.
The ₹5,000 plan purchase top-up amount must be confirmed with More4U.

Your plan includes 12 purchase coupons over 12 months, plus 3 additional purchase coupons. You may make up to 15 coupon purchases during the membership, with no more than 2 coupon purchases in any one month.
Early withdrawal & refund
If you request withdrawal before completing 12 months, a 45-day waiting period applies. Under the early withdrawal policy, 80% of your opening deposit is refunded to your account.
For example: ₹2,400 on a ₹3,000 deposit, or ₹4,000 on a ₹5,000 deposit.

Can I purchase without a membership?

Can I spend my opening deposit?
Your opening deposit is held for 12 months. Purchase top-ups are separate. On the ₹3,000 plan, a ₹1,950 purchase top-up gives you ₹3,000 of purchase wallet credit. Confirm the ₹5,000 plan top-up with More4U.
How many times can I purchase?
You receive 12 regular purchase coupons plus 3 bonus coupons: 15 purchases over 12 months. You can use a maximum of 2 purchase coupons in any month.
What if I withdraw before 12 months?
A 45-day waiting period applies to early withdrawal. 80% of the opening deposit is refunded to your account.
When and where will my groceries arrive?
Delivery takes 1–3 days after ordering. Collect at the common place arranged by your group leader or at your designated drop stop.
Are gifts included?
There are festive free gifts for members and a free-gift draw every 3 months.
What is included in a monthly combo?

How are Plan A and Plan B different?
Plan A focuses on pulses and legumes. Plan B combines pulses with personal and home care. The ₹5,000 Plan B also includes rice, flour, oil and other pantry essentials.
